Instructional Designer and Learning Developer based in Texas.

My educational journey began with 8 years of valuable experience as a classroom teacher. In 2018, I transitioned to online teaching, discovering a passion for curriculum development. The creative freedom and potential impact on students truly resonated with me.

As my online teaching experience grew, so did the school. This opportunity allowed me to share my knowledge by training others in online teaching methods. This shift sparked my interest in adult learning theory and instructional design.

Driven by a desire to further develop my skills, I researched and enrolled in the Master of Education and Design with Learning Technology program at New Mexico State University (NMSU). While pursuing my studies, I embarked on a fulfilling journey with NMSU's Academic Technology department. Currently, I hold the position of Enterprise Instructional Technology Administrator and recently became the NMSU Zoom Administrator. I'm also actively involved in exciting VR/Metaverse projects, continuously expanding my expertise in emerging technologies.
